The standard 3 cubic yard dumpster is used for small remodels, site cleanup, or landscaping projects that generate a moderate amount of waste. Containers are available for weekly scheduled service, or for temporary-use for cleanup or construction/renovation projects.
Specifications
3-Yard Bin
- Dimensions: approximately 6 ft. x 3.5 ft. x 4 ft
- Load Wait Limit: maximum weight not to exceed 800lbs.
- Loading Instructions: Be cautious when placing heavy materials such as construction debris, dirt, sod, or concrete in your container. To avoid overloading, limit heavy materials to no more than 12 inches deep, evenly distributed across the bottom of the container.
Helpful Tips:
- Avoid overfilling containers. Material must be loaded even with the top of the container so the lids close completely.
- Please do not mix materials. Recyclables, organics, trash and construction & demolition debris should be placed in separate containers so each material stream can be properly diverted to the appropriate processing facility.
- Please ensure that vehicles and equipment are not blocking access to your containers on your scheduled pick-up day. Unobstructed access to containers is absolutely necessary.
